Haven't been back out to JH in about 5 years, we prefer to go to Grand Targhee for our ski trips these days. I do remember the Snake River Grill being a solid dinner spot.

ETA: If you have time, I'd recommend taking a trip over the pass to check out the small towns of Victor and Driggs ID and seeing the normal side of the Tetons. The Knotty Pine in Victor and the Royal Wolf in Driggs are top notch and not overpriced like everything in JH.

Snake River Grill
Genevieves for breakfast.
Snake River Brewing for pizza/bar food and plenty of beer selections.
Calico on toad to ski mountain has good pizza and plenty of room outside for kids to play.
Food at Dornans sucks but no cooler bar looking straight up at Tetons.
