Pat Conroy has a good easy recipe in his cookbook, which is a really good read as well. I credit his pickled shrimp recipe with about 15% of how I landed my wife.

Big toe throbbing just looking at the pics. Need to make a few jars though.

I used to pay a steep price for eating 5 shrimp. I can eat a shrimp bote full without so much as a twinge since I threw sugar to the curb.
