    Default Crawfish trap

Looks like crap but we will see if it will catch some bugs. Took way longer to form than I thought it would but hope the next one won’t be so bad.

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!

    That will work!

I’ve made some pillow traps before that were pretty easy to knock out quick.

Folding the corners and getting them right was the most challenging part

I made a template off a trap a few years ago if your interested. Tin snips cut that wire like butter and you can make a trap in about 5 minutes with 2 people.

The last time I messed with hardware cloth, I grabbed my angle grinder with a 1/32" cutoff blade. It cuts it like writing on a chalk board.
