    Default Beretta bolt action

I have a number of straight pull rifles but they’re military rifles. This looks interesting if only for the novelty.

Didn't Browning have something similar to that in the late '90s? I seem to remember that it basically looked like a BAR with an extended latch handle.

I only recall the t-bolt rimfires which I think are still produced.

I had a friend who had a Mauser M1996 straight pull rifle. I think it was in .30-06 or .270, but I never shot it. Seemed like a cool design at the time.

I used a Blaser like this in Africa 7 years ago. It was pretty slick.

Interesting design. I’m curious how many rounds can go through it before the bolt locking mechanism starts to fail.
