I bought mine new from Marine Service in Rock Hill Oct will be two years ago and had a great buying experience . That was the only dealer that seemed to know what he was talking about with a jet.. Ask for Steve.

Thank you! I called around several dealers with out any luck. They seem to be a dime a dozen on the west coast and was hoping I wouldn’t have to freight one.

I looked for a long time. Ended up buying a converted johnboat / jetski conversion.

Do you have any experience with a Jet? I'd be glad to take you out on mine for a "sea trial".

    Charlotte via fb marketplace.

It was a game changer when I lived with a ramp on the broad River.

Some of the best smallmouth fishing within a 100 miles is right in our backyard with next to no access without a jet drive or a long ass day on a kayak

I thought about that…I could easily build one but I’m at a point in my life where I have absolutely zero time.
I would love to see a pic of it if you have one. I want something for the river and don’t want to destroy my new Suzuki. I have a new 15’ Jon boat just waiting for a motor and was hoping the jet drive would be an easy find. Turning out to be a tuff to put together

I’ll dig up pictures. With your shop, and metal experience, I bet you could have a conversion done in a weekend.

Mhogahcu, did you ever have problems with leaves in the fall clogging the intake? One advantage I see with the out board jet is all I have to do is tilt it up and the leaves pretty much fall off. Hi No

A friend of mine had one of these. Picker factor was real running 30+ up and down the Saluda River in Columbia. It would be a 45 minute to 1 hour hell ride in my jon boat hitting rocks the whole way down, it was 5 minutes in that jon boat/jet ski.

I have that brand new etec but can’t find a jet. Can’t find one for the Suzuki you sold me either. Dealers are a year or more out….Flounder might be able to repopulate by the time I’m able to buy one.
