I dont plan on getting a different one but what makes the chamber one better than my regular LEM Max Vac 250?

bags are a lot cheaper and the chamber vacuum does'nt pull liquid into the pump, it pulls a vacuum on the entire chamber instead of just inside the bag, then after the bag is sealed the chamber vents, leaving only the contents vacuum sealed, i messed up a couple of the cheap vacuum sealers trying to vacuum seal shrimp

An additional advantage is chamber sealers do not get hot and require a break like many vacuum sealers. I’m also of the opinion that chamber sealers simply do a better job.
LEM has refurb'd chamber vacs for $649 right now.
most everyone has a vaccum sealer in the back of their pantry.
they suck at sealing fish. dont get one if that's what you want to do.
if you want to do this, get the chamber sealer.
that being said, I dont need to vaccum seal stuff bc i'm gonna eat it within a year. I use freezer paper 90% of the time.
just some random thoughts....
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.
You get it. Hope you feeling better bro!!!!!!!!

who freezes mullet???
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.
I always thought the only thing edible on mullet was the roe. Good catfish bait
Fresh caught mullet is really good. I mean caught and cooked same day

Salt mullet and mullet roe used to be a staple in South Georgia and LA. Never cared for the salt mullet but can eat a couple roe any day
I freeze mullett, not for consumption, but because it is the best bull red beach bait come October. And in October, mullett is not as readily available as it is June - August. Vacuum sealing it keeps it as fresh as possible. I also vacuum freeze menhaden for making fresh chum when they are not around.
