Default God Bless Texas 2022 edition

Well, things have changed even in TX. Severe drought and high temps greeted us. No measurable rain since. Oct 21. It’s gonna get worse there if they don’t get some serious rain soon.

I did find two dumb ones that liked my new Cocus call on the second morning
and played the game well right into never, never land. Heavy for Rios at 22.6 and 21. 3 pounds . Good spurs - 1.25 set on the big one.

Too many. It hit 95 Sunday and we were drinking whatever was cold to hydrate ( I know, beer actually dehydrates you) but it tastes better than water

    Nice work!
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home. -Tecumseh-

Neighboring ranch of 10K acres or so has sheep and goats on it. The ground looks like the surface of Mars. They have overgrazed it to the point of no return. Thousand head or so of grass eaters.. Dusty and dry doesn't even begin to describe how bad it is.
