Of a banded gadwall and wigeon, both came from Sandusky, Ohio. The gadwall was the oddest, it was feb 20th the day he was banded and it never broke 20 degrees in Sandusky that week, yet he died in january while swatting nats.

How many of you remember this-

    http://www.dnr.state.sc.us/wild/pintails/index.htm

Yeah, dead link. It was the link to the Palmetto Pintail Project where Members here raised the initial money for a satellite telemetry study in 2003. Remember all that was learned and how it was applied? Remember the science? I bet most of you don't even remember donating to it, even though many of you did...

How many years you carry that French duck call before it paid off?
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

I believe the French speaking models require more sucking than blowing

One of ours did. To northern Nunavit where she probably promptly got eaten by a narwhal...

If the FF is rejuvenated and workdays wind up at BG, I’m gonna put you in the pretzel hold at some point.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

Damn. I have had grouse do that, but never a turkey. That would surely cause some commotion...
