Default Wooden Cutting board / Butcher Block

I need a new one for the kitchen. I tried Charleston Chops with no response. Is there another spot recommended for something to last for years?
    Thanks

Go to southeastern salvage and buy a full 8 foot piece and cut your own.

A good friend in Camden can make you exactly what you want. PM me if you want his number.

My friends, Bill and Harriet own a custom door business in Camden and made me

I will caution you that having a butcher block countertop doesn’t replace the need for a cutting board. Common misconception. End grain tops are better looking but take more maintenance and can stain.

We made our own out out lumber liquidators tops. Some basic woodworking skills will save you a bunch of cash.

Bill's father was a top notch human being. Great man.

I talk to Bill at least once a week or so. I used to live a couple houses down from him in Boogertown, he's a trip. He had a little shop in his backyard back then. Willk's buddy has made me all of the cutting boards that y'all see on here when I make food posts, or on the facepage. I like him too.
