    Default Kick in the teeth….

Finally got my buck scored from November 2020. This stung a little, but just means I will have to keep on trying. I have never been one to really care a whole lot about the record book, but to be honest I was hoping this one would make it. I think I would rather have missed it by a few inches than this! 10 feet of total measurements and miss it by a nail head. Oh well. I would kill him again tomorrow if I had the chance.

Does a $100 bill mean nothing these days?

Nice deer any way you look at it, I had one score 123 7/8 a couple years back, so close

My thoughts exactly, score the experience rather than the deer, I have two deer that I know would go book and give zero fucks about getting them officially scored, I’d rather score the experience

I got 2 that missed it by a combined total or 5/8’s one was 1/8 (grossed 134 and change) off like yours and other was 4/8’s (grossed 128ish) out.

Great buck there. I’d love to get one like that in my sights one day, book or not.

I’m much more concerned about age than score.
