Wife’s suburban will be at dealership Thursday. I’ve demanded the auto-stop be disabled. Twice now it has not restarted at a red light. It’s key fob goes in sleep mode and I believe that’s causing an issue.

They troubleshot everything and couldnt find an issue. No surprise as it was not consistent. I have now installed the auto stop eliminator on both ours. Issue free so far and its so much better than having engine cut off at stops or pressing the disable button at every startup. $100 well spent.

Bumping this back up, any issues? Looking to get one in the yukon xl and will be pulling the camper around with it. Is it worth the wait time to build over getting the 5.3 or should I look at the AT4 with the 6.2? Camper weight is 4500 completely loaded.
    For the ducks

I’ve got 65k and no issues. Wife’s tripped 12k this week. Her 2wd averages 27.4 mpg going to Edisto.

    Both have Autostop Eliminators installed.

I don’t plan to buy another gas engine truck.

Do some research. Apparently the LM2 is being updated/revised with a new model designation. Guys on YouTube are rumoring cylinder deactivation, I hope that is a bad rumor. Apparently there is an issue fitting the LM2 into the z71 trim on the Tahoe/Suburban if I remember reading correctly.

I’ve got 3k on my AT4 and it’s been awesome. Average 24-27 mpg depending on how much city driving. Same as Smilee I won’t buy another gas vehicle

Front driver side noise. Almost sounds like brake dragging.

It’s the stub shaft. There is a service bulletin out there folks.
