Sea ducks feed like any other diver type duck. They dive down and open their bills....

At least it's far enough away to prevent most of the SC Freelance traveling hunters from driving there for a couple days.

    Nice work Head.

Killing ducks is very simple when you’re surrounded by them.

In his comments on Instagram, he shows how much of an absolute tool he is as a person.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

Only for a very few. One must possess the want/need/desire/skill/passion to do it consistently.
Where those pics were taken, you deal with deep water, 15-17' tides, boat rides across big open water and most of the time, nautical weather.
I am truly amazed by how few duck hunters actually know how to kill ducks day in/day out.
In my area, my duck numbers are good. I shoot a few each year. I'm not successful because I'm a good caller, build awesome hides, or any of that.
I'm successful because every single day of the season I scout for tomorrows hunt. Very few have that opportunity. 95% of the time, where you see them piling in on Monday, they'll pile in on Tuesday an hour later.
So many people just go hunt where they shot a few last time. That's 90% of what most duck hunters do. I am so thankful for that!

Rubberhead will tell you they are delicious. His observations are 100% correct to him.

My observations tell you that they all taste like you'd assume the ass out of a road kill skunk would taste like.
