While we are in this area of the innernet, a client asked about some elk steaks. Anyone got a link to some tamie elkmeat website?

Is this a set up for a roadside gastrointestinal emergency- or are you saying it's good stuff?

Buccees is pretty damn good. When that one opens in Florence get some of theirs. The Publix butcher will slice it up for you to make jerky as well

I like the Salt Lick's jerky better than just about anyone else's - had it and Buccees side by side last month. Always stop in the store when in the area (Salt Lick Sausage Co. in Cordele, Ga). Online ordering is an option too.

I tried the traders Joe’s jerky this week to report to this thread. I have to admit I was very impressed. Solid choice if you got one near you. Price is good as well.

I popped into a DG the other day looking for that but didn't see it, or any living human to ask. Is it where all the other jerky is or some special Mexican area? Those guys robbing the stores are missing out on DG. They wouldn't even need to wear a hoodie...

So yes, Fish. I have been influenced...
