    There are certainly a few private places still doing it.

    Publicly it's getting damn near a dream.
    Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

    Which begs the question this site has debated since it’s inception… does public access and management hinder a property because of governments inherent ability to screw things up?

    Very cool! I always think of woodies as more residential than migratory.

    I shot one in Florida years back that was banded in SC. They def move around!
