My Boy Gettin' It!
Just wanted to share, for those who may wanna read it.
Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have him as my son.
Beyond baseball, he was Student Of The Year at NCMS last year (6th grade) and was Student Of The Quarter for the 1st quarter of 7th grade; he's never gotten below a 98 on a report card. He turned 13 last month, and is 5'9 and is almost into a size 12 shoe. He definitely didn't get his size from me!
To accompany the coach's accolades, Colt has even won both of the Home Run Derby's that he's entered.
If y'all ever see #44 at the park, feel free to introduce yourself (& your child).
I just hope chicks don't distract him in the near future...
