    Dang Kyle...

    I may be able to run a 7 minute mile for one mile...maybe. I ran 5 miles this morning and averaged 9:10...it was cold and I was layered from head to toe. And 405 on the bench...I could never do that. the whole push up bench press has always been extremely hard for me.
