    Default Barn Straightening

I have a 8 stall barn with hay loft that was built in the 40s that I want to put back into operation. It's leaning I'm guessing about a foot out of plumb. It does have a concrete footer but the front footer is eroded pretty good, a good majority of the sill is rotted away along with wall studs. I don't understand how it's still standing but it seems solid as I've been in it numerous times either hunting out of it, cleaning out the hay loft or cleaning out the stalls. This is outside of my wheelhouse and could use some help or pointers. Can send pics if needed.
