    Fishing the same area I would agree, we did catch more this past year especially late summer. Much of what we did catch were male.
    I do still believe, and the data shows, the flounder population is way down. Additionally the relative abundance of redfish is at a 30 year low as well. Our fishery is continually receiving more pressure and I dont see that trend slowing down any time soon.

    Absolutely. Caught more this past summer than I can ever remember, over 30 fish one morning.

    You might be mistaken, we went to one of his spots and rest were mine. Guess it depends on who’s telling the story. I’d also ask him who caught more than anyone else, not to toot my own horn or anything........

    The report is I will be there next week from Tuesday thru Saturday playing Santa Claus for the grandbaby and
    will have boat in tow. As always, you are welcome to step on the boat and go.
