In fact Chan Gailey was speaker at one of our Anderson TD Club lunches this year, Great Guy. He was asked about Urban Myer and Jacksonville Said he was good friends with UM and he was one hell of a coach but the difference in College and NFL was night and day And exactly the reason you spoke of, the rah rah crap does not work with grown men like it does with college kids and even fans

I would guess that Dabo's coaching style is too immature (emotional, juvenile) for the NFL. I'd like to see if I'm right or not, though...I'm okay with being wrong...I'm wrong a lot...but I will quote myself if I'm right.

There was great article (maybe last year) of a couple different occasions when Saban bought got his ass whooped during his tenure with the Miami Dolphins. Zac Thomas was one of the players had to be restrained from going to his ass. Some of the Bs that flies on a kid playing for his scholarship don’t go over the same on a pro athlete that has 31 other teams that’ll sign him in a heartbeat
