    Only the grande is for sale. That’s his newest property. Might be 3-4 years old at most.

    That property was bought and built to resell. They’ve only had it for a couple of years

    Best duck hunt I’ve ever experienced was with Tony up on the original place. “Love Lake” hole is freaking awesome. He’s a good dude. Think there’s about 5 of them that own the original lodge. Sounds like they are about to cash a big check.

    Some folks on here had a bad experience hunting with them. I don’t know him from Adam. But he sure is good at marketing.

    We had mixed results but I always liked the guy. He’s definitely good at marketing but he (or his guides) never didn’t work for us when we hunted with them. I’d say they don’t miss on the controllables - good food, good guides, nice clean lodge. Can’t control the ducks. Only hunted there two years due to price but all in all good experiences.

    Or one could go north of them and do the same thing for 10% of the price plus construction and whack them until the next guy does it north of you. Of course, most duck hunters would toast it long before that happened...
