    Default Interesting job in Montana

Amendment II A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Can't they put some sort of chain link fencing over it? Maybe too expensive. But seems like a constant job to keep the birds off.

Or maybe just tell all the rubberheads the lake is loaded with ducks.

Or some sort of floating tarp. I'm sure it cost a fortune to have a full time employee with all those gizmo's at his disposal.

If interested, you could get a job working for any of the PUDs in WA catching Pike Minnows to save some young Salmon and Steelhead on the Columbia River. I know some folks who make $45 - $50K a year doing that . Get paid to fish and not have to buy a glitter boat.

I live 80 miles from this place and pass it regularly on the way to and from hunting excursions. The place is absolutely massive, so much so you can see it from 30+ miles away.
The largest "pond" there is 1500+/- acres, with several others adjacent that would easily make up another 1000 +/- acres.
That's a whole lot of habitat to try and keep birds out of. They'll never win this one unless a contractor comes back and decides to drain the mines again.
