If that wasn't true, the menu in a Mexican restaurant would only have one or two items. An enchilada is a taco laid out flat. A burrito is a taco rolled up. A chimichanga is a fried burrito/rolled up taco. A fajita is unassembled taco ingredients that you put together yourself, etc.

House Autry is OK so is the Uncle Bucks at BPS. I usually just mix my own flour and cornmeal, ratio to my liking, and salt and pepper fish before breading. Pure lard cooks the best fish and chicken.

I had sheep last night dredged in Panko crumbs with a little Tony Chachere's and seared in a pan with a very little ghee. It's a lot lighter than a full-on batter crust and not nearly as messy in the kitchen. It was fantastic.

Boy yours sounds better than mine, I do not eat lot of fried food. Just all we had in the closet at our house

Really wish I had grilled it
