FBI had both drone and street level video of Rittenhouse being attacked and defending himself, including thermal video that shows one of the attackers firing a gun at Rittenhouse while he was trying to flee the scene. Rittenhouse can clearly be heard calling out to people on both sides of the riots asking if anyone needed medical assistance before being attacked.
The defense has only just now gotten ANY of this video from the Feds. They are now claiming that the HD drone video was deleted. Yeah, I am sure...
Kyle Rittenhouse defense questions whether FBI is withholding crucial aerial surveillance video

Kyle Rittenhouse's lawyer suggested Tuesday the FBI might have destroyed or is withholding aerial surveillance video of the Kenosha intersection where his client killed a man.
Prosecutors are relying on some of that video for a key part of their case, but the defense suspects there may be more or better video that tell a different story.
Rittenhouse, 18, is charged with killing two men and wounding a third during violent protests in August 2020. His attorneys say he acted in self defense.
On Tuesday, prosecutor had called FBI techniican Brandon Cramin, whom they had asked not be shown on camera, "because of sensitive issues related to his employment."
Cramin, appearing in the courtroom with an FBI lawyer, testified he was in an airplane 8,500 feet above downtown Kenosha on Aug. 25, 2020 taking video with a special infrared camera.
Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger played a portion of the video for the jury, but the video was not carried on the livestream outside the courtroom. The infrared camera produces a bright black and white image of buildings, cars and people moving around, but is grainy up close. People captured in the footage appear as white dots.

The testimony was meant simply to provide the basis for Binger's expected later use of the video, which he has said will show that Rittenhouse chased Rosenbaum and had some kind of confrontation, before the tables turned and Rosenbaum chased him.
In a short, aggressive cross-examination, defense attorney Mark Richards pressed Cramin for details about the camera's resolution and other technical aspects of the operation that Cramin said he didn't know.
He did admit he was flying for about two hours over the city, and that the same video being recorded was also livestreaming to officers down on the ground.
When Richards asked for the tail number of the airplane, Binger objected and there was a brief sidebar conference before Judge Bruce Schroeder sent out the jury to hear the rest of the objection in open court.
Binger argued the plane's tail number was irrelevant. Richards said the defense needs it to refine its records request from FBI, which has so far rebuffed its attempts to "the rest" of the video, at one point telling them it no longer exists.
"I can't believe the FBI is doing surveillance of multiple homicides and gets rid of the video. That's preposterous," Richards said.
Assistant District Attorney James Kraus called Richards concerns "faux outrage," and that two video discs the office turned over to the defense is hours of surveillance video, and everything prosecutors got from the FBI.
Judge Bruce Schroeder said he had agreed to keep Cramin and the video he took off the live feed, but said, "I can strike all the testimony if there's going to be this cloak and dagger stuff."
After Cramin said he could return to complete his testimony at a different time, Schroeder told prosecutors to move on to their next witness.
