    Default 20 Months

20 months, that is how long it has taken to gain full restitution from GM on my lemon GMC Denali 2500. I signed the buyback paperwork on July 27, 2021 which was to be completed in 10 days. It took 60 days from that point to receive the payment for the equity in the truck and until today for my bank to receive the payoff. GM even attempted to pay off the loan to the wrong bank even after I had corrected the information on the agreement.

I am relieved that this fiasco is over to say the least. They paid way more than the original sale price as well, gubmint accountants must work there. It never needed to be this hard nor take this much time. One thing is for sure, I will never step foot on another GM lot again.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I can't imagine buying another GM product. I've had them all my life but they've really gotten shoddy.

GM will soon need to rename themselves to 'CCP Motors', since they have become one of their major investors, and 'GM' has plans to build up to 11 plants in China along with a new engineering center.

Should be easy as hell to whip the Chinese then, all their stuff will be broke down on the side of the road.

I'd be some kinda pissed if I was making payments for almost 2 years on a rig that I no longer had...

July was when I signed a settlement agreement. The entire thing started 14 days after I bought the truck in March of 20.

I just figured out the other day that my F-250 has massaging seats. I like them

A buddy got one of those new Chevy 1500 offroad things with their new diesel in it delivered this week.. He said he felt like it was pieced together parts on some of the truck, he's towing something this weekend for the first time. Me being me wouldn't of touched that truck, but him being him and buying a new truck after the new smell of the last wears off won't probably have a problem.

After like a dozen years driving a 3/4 ton truck, I've noticed I enjoy not scoping out parking lots beforehand.. I couldn't go compact though, that's close to driving a sedan.

I'm glad you finally closed the door on that chapter with a victory- I don't know how you kept sanity.
    Who was that POS dealer?

With the price of diesel, I’ve decided to buy a helicopter and hire a pilot. I just sit in the truck and he picks it up and flies me around. Parking has become a lot easier

My ‘17 had them, after a while the seat pad wears down and you feel those massager balls all the time.
