We've been using the LEM 3/4 #12 for 5 seasons now. No complaints works great. I would like one with more hp just to speed up the "fine grind" time. We also have the cuber/jerky slicer attachment and that's handy to have. Also added a mixer and stuffer for Sausage which is made form a HOG not a deer. 20 lbs of boston butts and a package of Legs Old Plantation #10 and that's fitting to eat.

I'm going to drive to deer hunt as far as you will... kinda, except for your almost New England excursion.

I need to get one. I can eat ducks, turkeys, doves, and whatever else all year and never find a pellet I missed when cleaning. My wife will find one on the first bite just about every time. Same with fish bones.

I haven't found it very effective for finding lead shot in doves but it will find steel in ducks.

Steel worries me more about forcing a visit to 2th than lead anyway.

My garbage disposal will eat lead bird shot but jam on steel.

I've got too much invested in dental work to risk biting a steel pellet.

Confirmation bias isn’t science. It’s finding someone to tell you what you want to hear.

And I assume it’s because they’re tired of arguing with you and just want you to go away.

I’ve done an elk, oryx, and a shit ton of deer with this little guy. Everything from burger to brats to breakfast sausage.

    Don’t overthink this.
