    Default Snake River Farms

Anyone ever tried any of their steaks. QC guy there is from Anderson and used to be in my old Hunting club years ago.

He sent me this link and they also had a spot on CBS Saturday AM show

Expensive but may have to splurge and try some of their ribeyes and filets.

I was gifted a package of their pork belly one year for Christmas. It was good, but that’s like saying water is wet. I don’t recall ever having bad pork belly.

My daughter and son in-law gave me a steak sampler a few years ago and it was awesome. It was my first time doing a reverse sear using a cast iron skillet and it all turned out perfect. If I could afford it, I’d buy it regularly.

Do you do the reverse sear by holding the skillet backwards or upside down?

Way better place than Skins. They BOIL their weiners instead of grilling. There you eat off a paper rag..........A HARDEE's hotdog is better tasting.

SRF Wagyu Ribeye filets are very hard to top. Incredible meat that is worth the price for a splurge meal.

Hard to beat the Gold Label Ribeyes. I order from them and Allen Bros regularly...SRF is decidedly better.

I will agree. Allen Bros is real good. SRF Gold label Ribeye filets are another level. Gutpile is pretty well regarded as a gastronome, and he appears convinced. We will be eating them soon.

The Gold grade brisket is worth every penny especially when they put it on sale. KOW steaks kabob pieces are excellent as well when they are on sale for $9.99/ 8oz. Basically the strip and filet trimmings.

If I ever eat a hot dog, those Nathan's recipe things that Ole Timey has are worth a dollar a piece. I typically eat burgers though because I'm a grown up.
