Sure… those who want to spend their money for the entertainment purposes of being and attending as a fan seems reasonable, not my cup of tea but makes sense… what I don’t get is “donating” to these mega million dollar organizations, fans have truly been brainwashed that this is their duty and they get to pretend they are of something.
Donating to small schools that truly need the money for scholarships is an entire different story.

Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

I don’t pay Iptay. My grandparents gave for years, and I would wager that my grandfather did feel like it was his duty. When he passed away, I called Clemson to see what we could work out about keeping the tickets and parking pass. They didn’t offer that as an option, so I exercised my option to not give them anymore money. Now, if I want to go, I buy a ticket and parking pass and go. If I don’t want to go, I simply don’t go. I haven’t had an issue getting a pass or tickets in the 18 years that I haven’t given them money.

My parents have given since I was little. They transferred the membership into a business name during the hatfield years when nobody gave a shit. I kept it going until they got woke. I’ve taken that money since then and used it on OOS hunting trips. That money is going to a much greater cause now IMO….

Granted, I could give to a small school with millions in endowments that chooses not to use that money for sports scholarships but they have taken WOKE to a whole new level.
