    Default Old 6 point

Had a couple good hunts on public this weekend. Started out shooting a doe yesterday afternoon after finding some persimmon trees that were dropping. I went in to a spot I’ve been seeing a lot of fresh rubs in this morning and saw a good 8 point right at daylight that stayed out of range and a smaller buck right after him. Around 7:15 this old buck appeared in the thicket at 25 yards but I couldn’t get a shot, I had one small window at 40 yards and luckily I was able to stop him in it. He ran maybe 20 yards and fell over. 170 plus pounds and worn down, he had a 200 pound frame but you could see his hip bones and spine sticking out he was so skinny. 70FA5859-3B9B-4A49-9A42-1C0A53BB7FAF.jpg447E25C9-DCA3-4659-836C-4A3AC2AFB580.jpgC9392645-1F97-4AAC-BF86-1BBB6C6948B8.jpg

    That’s great work, congrats.

I like it better than all the other Havoc models, it out rides the others in rougher water.
