    Default Looking for tablet

Anyone know of a tablet that has usb plug for like memory card reader? My wife gave me an old Samsung galaxy but it only has the the plug for the charger. I'm looking for an actual USB port. I want to use the tablet to look at trail camera pics in the field and also upload roofing pics on to show to customers so they don't have to keep looking at pics on my phone .

I have tried the designated trail cam viewers and they suck and take forever to go through a full card. Same with the little readers that would can plug into your phone.

Or if someone knows of a better way to view them on the galaxy she gave me that would be great. Sorry I'm not much on technology

You can buy any type of adapter on Amazon to do what you need. I’m not familiar with the Galaxy but you prob need a usb c hub that has a card reader

Here's what you need...this plus any standard usb card reader...

The cord above will enable a computer-like USB connection to your Galaxy. You can plug in a mouse and or keyboard and it'll function like a laptop.

Ok. I think it is a Samsung galaxy 10.1. Wife says I got it for her in 2012 or so. The plug in port is the big wide fat one. Not the little small one. It has a micro sd port but that doesn't help me. Is there some type of adapter like RH linked that would work with this?

You can get the micro sd cards with adapters that will go right into the camera. Then pull it out of the adapter and go right in the tablet.

That looks like an SD card port, doesn't it? You plug the card directly into the port.

    Micro sd

I bought adapter off Amazon. One plugs into the tablets and becomes a usb plug deal. Wouldn't work with any of my card readers, the other adapter plugged into the tablet and was an actually card reader. Also didn't work

I was talking about something like this where you can just put the micro sd directly into the tablet.

Yeah I've got those but my trail cameras don't take micro sd cards. The port on the tablet is for a micro sd
