    Default Prayers needed

My best friends 18 year old son has COVID, and it's bad. Yesterday he was struggling to breath so they took him to the hospital. They put him on 4l of oxygen and sent him home. This morning he was panting like a dog just sitting there. They took him back and admitted him. He is now on 5l oxygen and still isn't responding. Very healthy active young man and they don't come much better. If my kids are half the young man he is I'll be ecstatic. This afternoon my buddy called me while I was cutting grass. I sat there on my mower for 30 mins crying and praying with my friend. What do you or can you say, other than I love you and will continue praying? The boy is scared to death and of course nobody can stay with him. He had to leave his son crying in the hospital scared to death and alone. I can't imagine his feelings and don't want to but as a father of 3 boys I can't help but put myself in his shoes. He hasn't been vaccinated and now my friend is blaming himself. Please say a prayer for Ashton Parsons. He just graduated from clover high school and worked for me all last year and is a special young man loved by many

He’ll be in my prayers here shortly! And I thought I was having a bad day! Really hope he gets better soon that would be a terrible thing to go through, I can’t even imagine what that is like!

Prayers sent. Out of curiosity, have they given him the infusion? I have three people in my office out with Covid, none of them vaccinated, all high risk(1 is 70 yrs old, 1 is extremely obese, and the last one has diabetes and is overweight). Two of them had the infusion and are home improving. The diabetic was not given the infusion and is currently in the hospital not doing well. I think as long as symptoms are less than 10 days old they can give it to him. It seems like you almost have to ask for it or you would think more people would get it when the situation looks bad. Idk.

I asked him about the infusion last night because my mom just came off of this crap and said she would give him her plasma. He said the infusion wasn't an option because he was on so much oxygen. I'm waiting on a report to see how he is doing this morning. I couldn't sleep last night.
