That’s why you are strategic about where you buy. There’s tons of places in SC that will never be developed to that degree. Ain’t nobody building 300 houses in the rural tiny towns of SC

Developments are popping up everywhere in Horry, I lost 2 leases this year that were sold to developers.

When a 200 acre parcel right across the road from my farm came up for sale after the death of the owner, I was thrilled when I found out a dirt mining company bought it and planned to dig it up. I'll have dump trucks running up and down the road for a few years but when it's done, no new neighborhood, trailer park, transportation hub or any of that crap, just a big pond.

Woodruff. They are moving the city limits it seems on a monthly basis. I’m talking woods that I thought would stand forever being cut and sold off. The country ain’t country anymore.

I heard Plantation Deer Club is looking for a few good men.

You are welcome to come as a guest with me- hunting between Branchville and Bamberg. Dog hunting and club stands with corn.
You will need to visit with most clubs to get on their list for next year

My club is called Tea Farm and was around 4,000 acres not too long ago. Then 600 acres were sold to Charleston county for a park(Caw Caw), then another chunk for a new school 10 years ago, now this.

Bad Habit, I'll take you up on that offer if we can make it happen. I'd love to get an opportunity to hunt with my kids on a quality dog club with some acreage.
