    Default Deer hunting podcasts?

Wife got me a set of Bluetooth pod thingys and I've enjoyed jamming out to my music on the lawn mower and tractor etc but lately I've been trying to listen to some deer hunting podcasts. I like the hunting public and deer society ok but I can only listen to some uppity Yankees talking about hunting the Midwest for so long before my eye starts twitching.

Anyone listen to any good deer hunting podcasts? If so which ones? I'd love to find one that relates more to hunting in the south. These other ones are Midwest guys and I'm sure they spill some good knowledge but I feel that a good bit of that can't really be applied to hunting where I do. Thanks in advance

Not deer related all the time but try Natural Resources University. It’s just what it sounds like: research scientists from all over talking about habitat management. Sometimes they have guests on from Fire University and Deer University and cover topics specific to those genres. I have not listened to the fire or deer specific university podcasts.

Also the Leadership Nature Podcast is really good to me. The hosts interviews tree farmers from around SC. They talk a little about managing timber but a lot of it is family stories about how they got started gathering land and such.

Cuz Strickland from Mossy Oak does one called fistful of dirt. Not all of them are strictly hunting but they are all geared toward the rural way of life.

Fist Full Of Dirt mentioned above and also Mossy Oak Gamekeepers. I enjoy both of those. Wide variety of topics, but a good bit of deer hunting episodes mixed in there.
