Went to the shop to get some shrimps and had to get a few scallops as well. I haven't had them in 2-3 years because of gout. They used to be an instant flair up. We'll see in the morning. Succotash, white shrimp, and scallops.

I've been doing a succotash over the past few years with heavy cream and pancetta.. plus I sweeten it up a little. I've been meaning to make one closer to yours for one dish, I don't know if the wife will go for it though.

I’m with HS and love to make succotash, but use cream as well. Is that tomato stock or vegetable stock? It looks tasty.
