    I'd remove both and and inspect. Could be either place, But if radio was cutting out I would suspect the battery ground.

    one end is the negative battery terminal, the other end will be on the block or a negative post on your starter
    just follow it from battery to motor. Also unplug your 10 pin harness and then plug it back up.
    Have seen the connector/plug do weird things
