My friend in S. TX had a pretty good crop of nacho chips this year , what with the 120 degree days.. Some folks will risk their lives for freedom. Border Patrol wasn't even trying to catch them. Let em run off into the Mesquites to die from exposure and dehydration. Local Sheriff would come pick up the ones they found drinking at stock tanks and trying to break into the ranch houses. Pretty easy to hold a group of unauthorized travelers at gunpoint when they are played out from walking a long way with no water or food. The neighbor to the south is about 180,000 acres with no real resources and once they find his place with water and shelter, they just wait until someone comes .. His camera systems have been working overtime. Had to hire another hand to ride fence.
