Does anyone know the availability of leftover waterfowl licenses in South Dakota? Is it possible to get one now or do they get snatched up? A guide up there said he didn't think they usually got used up.

just checked the drawing status. As of now they have 900 leftovers remaining. They issue them on a first come first serve basis. i think the app deadline is the first of august
