The best way to lose a law license is dip into your trust account.

It is unbelievable to me that outside random audits are not done annually. With as much embezzlement as it appears to be...firms should demand, not ask for this to be done. How else can the public truly trust an attorney to handle their financial situations. I know of an association that has this done annually as requested by the state legislature. The amount of embezzlement etc has dropped considerably since then. An audit done in house is bullshit compared to an outside one!!

He’ll be dead before this is all over.

Of course, if his attorney is correct in stating that he ate $11,000,000 worth of oxycontin over the last decade, Murdaugh may be an immortal. Because that’s rougly 60 oxycontin per day for 10 years.

Funny how the attorneys for the housekeeper believe her fall was truly accidental.

Could that be because intentional acts are excluded under the insurance policies?

I'm no attorney but it strikes me how sincere they are believing that.

Correct Catdaddy. They are going after settlement money that never made it to their clients. It serves them no purpose to characterize her death as intentional.

The Parkers hired a a lawyer that is a legislator like Murdaugh did in the civil case so no trail while in session.

The same legislators that crafted this law also elects the judges the try cases before.

I'm not posting any links on here, but my wife keeps sending me links to People Magazine. They are all over this now. They can't beat Fits News though.

As long as he is kept alive long enough to see all of his crimes plastered all over the news, proper sentencing handed out to him and others involved, and that the injured parties strip him of every little asset he has short of his tighty whities. Then he should be allowed to either eat a bullet, or walk amongst hungry gators.
