I feel like he probably told them that he wasn't backing up a rookie QB and they let him go.

He's not good. He and the kneeler should open up a boutique in afghanistan together.

Worst coach/QB pairing ever. Arguably the most cerebral coach of all time trying to coach one of the dumbest/least coachable QBs of all time. Destined for failure from the start. Oh, and the Patriots signed him for the league minimum at that.

And Mac Jones is PERFECT for this system. He'll be a star if he stays with Belichick. He's accurate, and he processes information as quickly as any current NFL QB. Just watch.

Belichick was sub .500 in Cleveland and sub .500 without Tom Brady in New England. If Mac Jones succeeds, I wouldn't give a lot of credit to Coach Belly.

We all know the result of the "everybody gets a trophy" mentality on the mediocre. Cam Newton is the perfect example of the same mentality on the gifted. He could have been great but so many folks already told him he already was that he never bothered to try to get there.

He bragged when he won, sulked when he lost, and dressed like one who identifies as Andy Warhol.

Absolutely. ULTIMATE front-runner. And he takes himself way more seriously than anyone else does.
