I know we joke around a lot on this site, but that’s a bit of a stretch right there now

Not being a dick but Pot meet Kettle. You are one of the first people to post any slight bit of a rumor of what happens at any school around Anderson county. Heck the upstate for that matter. I fully agree it’s a bad deal no matter what the circumstances are.

Salty when you get the "T rex arms" as I call them,LMNT would put a stop to that

Now whether heat stroke was cause or death or not, didn’t really say. Arrhythmia is still most common cause of death for athletes.
It’s loss of and failure to replenish electrolytes.

Depends on the day. I use those for when I’m running long distances or working outside for long periods. Not as a daily supplement. Some days 5. Some days none.

But I do get a lot of sodium in my daily diet. 5-7 grams a day on average.

I work outside for a living. Landscape and hardscape, i drink water allday. I usually drink one Gatorade zero around lunch and one pedialite or a sugar free Electrolit from a gas station towards the end of the day. Usually do between 12,000 and 25,000 steps a day. Just got finished playing in a adult baseball league and would usually drink another gatorade mixed with water while i played them. Knock on wood i haven’t really had any problems like i thought i would. Going to check out these others yall are talking about.
