    Default Fall planting

What's some easy stuff to plant during the fall? My 7 yr old loves piddling around in the garden, and most of our spring stuff has wrapped up. We still have a few tomato plants, cucumbers and watermelons, but the rest is died out. He's planted a few cabbage plants, cauliflowers, beans and collards, but he has decent open space that doesn't have anything planted. It keeps him out of the house and off the ipad, so we're going to try to keep it going throughout the winter as long as possible.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

I planted Tender Greens. They are great and last until late winter when they get bitter. Planting some snow peas shortly.
