I am down 26 pounds since February but i think serious diet is the only way i'll get any more weight off. I seem to be stuck at 188 no matter what I do, but I am straight destroying my legs and core 5 days a week, plus 4 miles with 50lb pack on every other day. I feel as if i'm in as good of mountain shape as i've ever been, did 3000ft elevation gain on one of those escalator stair climbers in 60 minutes last week without an issue.
