    Default Who is planning what?

I am leaving the Carolinas Oct 29th, towing a travel trailer to Missouri, taking the whole family, and hunting until the 17th or so. I think I can be hunting by Nov 3rd and plan on bouncing to different lease tracts during that time.

I went out there for the first time back in April and shot a turkey, did some scouting, and explored the land for the first time. I am going back in September to scout some more, put out a few cameras, and see more of the area.

This will be my first time hunting true farm country in the midwest. I have hunted NF land in Southern Indiana three times but never hunted the heart of it.

I'll be in MO for the rifle season, at least.

Past that, it really depends on how work looks in October.

I'm in training for a triathlon on 09/04/21. It's gonna be a 1500 yard bike sprint and a 50 yard foot race to a certain tree where it culminates into a free for all shoot out with shotguns of choice.

You ain't lived until you shoot a public dove opener on the super secret field down by the river.

I’m fishing until it cools off some if this dang weather will cooperate.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

East North Pelzer or the western part of the south corner by the river?

Bigguns in both spots so you should be good either way.

Elk in Alberta next month (if the border remains open), South Dakota/Montana for upland in October, ducks in Arkansas November - January for around 35 days, will probably sneak an Oklahoma quail hunt or two during duck season, deer and bear in NC/VA/SC when home, try to kill some quail around home in February, Argentina in March for stag if the border opens, Africa in July/August this time next year, and then it starts back up again in the fall of 2022.

My wife might kill me before I make it to duck season though.

UP for ruffed grouse in October. According to reports it should be a good time.

I put all my bets on a limited entry WY elk tag and whiffed. Bought a leftover cow tag for same area, so I can get a feel for and hopefully draw next year. I’ve got an Iowa first gun tag.
