I need to totally kill 15 acres of common bermuda currently in (crappy) hay. What do I kill it with? Thanks.

2-3 qts of roundup to the acre
No need to put anything else into the mix?
Add 1 qt per 100 gals of crop oil to that glyphosate and it’ll toast it.

The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.
Crop oil, Eh?

OK. So I guess I'd better get crackin'
This combo will knock it out but I bet you will have to spray it twice….unless you spray, get a kill, then take a tiller to it.

If you read the label on the Roundup pro it’s got a surfactant in it already.
Add Turflon Ester(triclopyr) at 1 qt/ac
That new 54% round up is some bad shit. I sprayed an overgrown hillside with it last week. Went back this week to check on it was doing and it looked like the earth was burnt. All grass and weeds were burnt up to the point you could pretty much hit it with a back pack blower and it dissapeared.
Just curious, what are you going to replace the bermuda with? I had a similar situation several years ago with a bunch of junk in with the bermuda, got on a good spray/fertilization/ lime program and it's a nice field now.
Common is very hard to eradicate . Good luck, you're going to need it

Id like to hear about your program. This field has gotten junkier every year.
I would recommend having it machine planted by someone running a scalper on the planter.
And, don't mess with roundup, have it treated with 24 oz Arsenal.

Fertilized and limed to specs from soil test, sprayed Plateau herbicide. kills dang near everything except bermuda. Worked for me.
