Vincent is as standup of a guy as you'll ever meet.

Watched a little of it last night, he's got ice in his veins.

Olympic-skeet is a little less boring to shoot and watch as regular skeet.

Neither one of them was sore from kneeling and protesting Constitutional Rights.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Check out the men's bunker trap Thursday. A good friend and fellow Kolar shooter, Derrick Mein from Kansas will be there representing the USA. He's a super guy and probably the best all around shooter in the world.

Guess they didn’t get the memo that it was a sinking ship.

When I grew up we watched every minute of the Olympics. I have not even looked at a highlight yet.

All sports are ruined for me.

I'll watch the golf portion probably. I don't care for the jump around, skip around sports. Shooting I might watch, but I guess it's over. I've only watched two guys shoot clays before without shooting myself, it felt really strange.

i was thinking about this on sunday. I watched off and on as the day went by. I am still enthralled with the dedication and passion amongst these athletes. I'm certainly not going to berate someone for not watching sports to prove a point, but I still appreciate the athlete and the level of performance.

I got chills watching the Filipino women winning her country's first medal. It was just an incredible moment. I can very simply look past all the stuff y'all harp on and appreciate the competitor. I'm cool with it.

    Carry on.

Wonder how many of the CCP athletes will disappear after the games.
“Duck hunting gives a man a chance to see the loneliest places …blinds washed by a rolling surf, blue and gold autumn marshes, …a rice field in the rain, flooded pin-oak forests or any remote river delta. In duck hunting the scene is as important as the shooting.” ~ Erwin Bauer, The Duck Hunter’s Bible, 1965

Awesome to see Vince win Gold again.

We used to shoot clays at the Lake Oconee Gun Club. Watching Vince as a 12 year old kid run off 100 straights all day long led all to know he would someday be an Olympian. He is an incredibly gifted shooter.

I was telling my wife the exact same thing last evening. The internet has ruined music and politics have ruined sports...

    Agreed on sports.

I’d argue music is much better now with internet, than before.
