    Default Snake and briar chaps.

Brands to look at? Most comfortable for lots of walking?

Carhartts are my favorite briar pants ever made, can’t find them anymore though

Dan’s or Mule Brand are good as well
    Houndsmen are born, not made

I wear double tins, but contemplating some of the Hip boot chaps from Dan's.

Don't think either are snake chaps though. Have an old pair of snake chaps but they dont get worn often because not comfortable at all.

I went with the double tin chaps from Filson. No brainer.

Double tins or Dan’s. Orvis as well. I prefer briar pants. In sc winters I prefer the thinnest Dan chaps if I’m wearing chaps.

Beretta or L.L.Bean (catch a sale) are fine for briar pants.

I still use a pair of Rattlers Brand snake chaps that I bought from Island Outfitters in Beaufort 25+ years ago.

Ive got dans snakeproof with muck boot in bottom. They are hot as hell. For briars id prob go with filsons or the reg briar dans instead of snake ones. Get full zip for sure either way u go. I need a pair for quail and rabbit but ive been thinking about just getting the overalls

The mule comfort tuff are nice and light weight. I’m probably going that route.
