No experience with the guides, but I hunt some of that area pretty regularily throughout the season. I hunt all public land though. We have some awesome hunts up there when the birds are in. I can pm info if your interested in some public hunting.
Living in Moncks Corner but looking forward to moving back to the West Coast in 2020 where there are more ducks and less duck hunters!! LOL

Not sure about the area but we hunt 2 or 3 times per year with a guide on Catahula Lake outside of Monroe and we wax that ass every time.

i hunted catahoula last year and i too waxed that ass. definately worth the drive out there
