You obviously didn’t watch the video interviews with the other passengers about how the flight attendant was bossing customers around prior to this happening. When I first clicked on it I was expecting to see what others here had stated, but there is clearly another side.

I’m not going to condone anyone attacking an employee, but as the one flyer said, “She (the attendant) was asked/told three times to get her chest out of the other flier’s face...”.

Watch the video again, slowly, objectively, and listen this time.

I tend to view situations from both sides to determine whether my initial reaction is a valid one. In this case the reverse would be that it’s cool for flight attendants to knock passenger’s teeth out if they get bitchy. I don’t think that’s a viable recourse.

The flight attendant has a protocol where she can call security and have the passenger dealt with.
