    Default Grass dudes

Let's say a fella's lawn is 2/3 the nicest, most lush, greenest centipede grass you've ever seen. The other 1/3 is total crap. Two or three kinds of clover, thistles, spurge, dandelions, you name it. Said fella applied Scott's turf builder southern lawn feed only to the centipede in early April, and it worked well. The first week of July, it will be time to fertilize again, and the over n out is due a refresh. Fella sees a few choices-
    1) apply weed n feed and over n out,
2)apply the triple action weed, feed and ant killer,
    3) apply feed (granular), a liquid weed killer (weed b gone or similar) and a granular ant killer

Fella also has some centipede sod plugs, some transplanted sprigs, and has some overseeded sprouts of centipede. What say the experts?

Added: before anybody gets all crazy, I've pretty well accepted that being patient is simply out of the question.

I separate chemicals.. fertilizer, in pellet form, and the only weed treatment is sprayed. Any insect stuff is separate as well. I don't care for combination things.

I've already decided that if I lose my poo and kill what I've got I'm going to cover the whole yard in geo fabric, cover that in sand, paint the section of Piedmont highway in front of my abode bright blue, and pretend I'm back in Pensacola.

Celsius herbicide this time of year. Not sure what insects you have, but I can only imagine it being fire ants in centipede. There is only 1 thing I use for ants and it’s off label. PM me if you want to get rid of ants (every ant) for 12-24 months.
