    Default Shout out for Theron

I continue to be amazed by the charity, kindness and support offered by members of SCDucks. I reached out to Theron (Spur Hunter) in 2020 when he posted some of his fan/wing mounts just to let him know that I was impressed. He told me to holler at him when my son was successful on his first bird. Fast forward to 2021, I was able to make the call after my oldest got his first bird. Theron was excited to help create a work of art that would allow my boy to remember and honor his first successful turkey hunt (a double with his old dad) for the rest of his life. Theron spent untold hours putting together this display. Note the turkey track on the plaque identifying the location of the hunt. The positioning of the turkey is also intentional, representing how he was standing when he gobbled his last. Theron is a true craftsman and a student of turkeys. We will always be indebted to him. My son was blown away when we picked the bird up this morning. Thanks again Theron.

Theron is as good of a man as you’ll find. Congrats on the hunt with your son, and a cool way to remember it.

Great display, and congrats to you both.

That's an incredibly decent thing to do and excellent craftsmanship.
