My last employer's shop is two minutes from that HD. Hate I missed such a good opportunity. Dang it.

Same ingredients, just a different way to arrange it on the plate.
    Agreed. Same with Italian, IMO.

Taco Molino in Ft Mill is better than a stick in the eye.

Being you're in Monroe, my favorite there is and always has been La Unica.

Taqueria Sultepec and Sauzo's in Mooresville is pretty spot on authentic.

Tacos El Peladito in Concord if we go up that way and don't stop at Twin Peaks for the beer.

You're absolute correct regarding La Unica. That's our go-to spot. Well done, sir.

This mexican restaurant bullshit is cultural appropriation.

Can't have authentic messican come to you. You gotta go to it. Tijuana would be a good start.

There ain't no real Mexican food on the East Coast. In fact I would almost go as far as to say there isn't any even in Texas (too much TexMex influence). Now, once you hit the West Coast then that's a whole other story!!! Nothing beats true Mexican food and there is no comparison between what we get out here and what's available elsewhere in the US.
Living in Moncks Corner but looking forward to moving back to the West Coast in 2020 where there are more ducks and less duck hunters!! LOL
